STEP 2 – Homecare Assessment
Our Registered Manager Amy will visit you and your family to listen to your needs and discuss your requirements in person to learn more about you’re the care you’re looking for. This will ensure that you and your family remain in control of your care and support.
STEP 3 – Care Plan Approved
and Your Support Begins
Your requirements are documented and your care plan is agreed and written. You will be kept informed throughout the process so you can stay in control of your care. You will be offered ongoing regular reviews, to make sure that the care we provide for you remains person centred and continues to meet your needs.
Our services are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for England.
