We are a domiciliary care provider serving the private and socially funded care markets operating, across the Redcar and Cleveland and Middlesbrough boroughs.
Our leadership team has a combined skillset of academic study, a complete business background specializing in ED&I consultancy, with both directors having extensive experience within domiciliary care and are passionate and driven to transform how the health and social care sector is often viewed.
Florence, our Nominated Individual, has previously worked in the NHS for over 21 years and is a director of a domiciliary care provider in Leeds.
Amy, our Registered Manager has a Masters in Trauma Informed Practice, with her academic knowledge and personal experience has enabled us to create a unique person-centred model, guided by our values and principles.
