We will work collaboratively with you to put together a tailored care plan (which has the flexibility to be amended to meet your needs as they change over time). Our personal care is tailored to meet your needs. We’ll make time to get to know you so you also get to know us, and together we’ll build a collaborative trusting relationship to ensure that your personal care and support meets your needs and is carried out in the way you want.
All our staff are carefully selected based on values and receive all training relevant to providing personal care. This includes assisting with moving and positioning, supporting with medication, mealtime support, helping with bathing or showering and continence care. We can also provide support with more clinical personal care’ for example, catheter and stoma care.
Our services are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for England.
